Creekside is a deed restricted, single-entrance neighborhood that is close to shopping, main roads, and local restaurant.
Located in south Punta Gorda just off Taylor Road between Jones Loop and I-75, Creekside sits less than 1.5 miles from all three of the main roads in and out of Punta Gorda. I-75 takes you to Sarasota and Tampa to the north and Fort Myers and Naples to the south. From US 41, you have direct access to Fort Myers or downtown Punta Gorda. A quick turn of US 41 leads you to Burnt Store Road which takes you directly to Cape Coral.
Shopping and errand running is easy for Creekside residents as Walmart, Publix, and Home Depot are all within a five minute drive.
Homes in Creekside are newer and range from one to two story homes between 1,200 and 3,500 sq. feet. Many have lakeside or creekside views. Neighborhood features include a walking and jogging path, playground, community pavilion, and grill.
