Pirate Harbor is a waterfront community located down the Burnt Store Road corridor between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Many of the home sites are on gulf-access canals with quick, direct access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. The majority of waterfront properties offer private dockage and fantastic canal/mangrove views. The mangroves are environmentally protected so you can be assured that your view won’t change.
The community consists of single-family homes and vacant land. The existing single-family homes range in size, style and age with some Florida-style homes mixed in with ranch homes and Key West-style homes. There are no deed restrictions in Pirate Harbor.
You don’t want to be caught “playing the tides” or “cruising the canals” so it is important that you work with a realtor who can answer all your questions not just about the property and the community but about the boating and water access as well.
