Deep Creek is a deed-restricted community developed by Punta Gorda Isles, Inc. that is located northeast of  I-75 and the Peace River. The community is managed by two separate Property Owners Associations (POAs). The mandatory POAs collect annual dues from all property owners to maintain the greenbelts, common grassy areas located behind the majority of homes in Deep Creek. Public water and sewer are available throughout the community to all home sites.
